01

Who We Are

Pitch Perfect ("Pitch Perfect," "we," "us," or "our") provides outbound sales, appointment setting, and advertising services for service-based businesses, along with related content, marketing, and educational materials. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our websites, landing pages, funnels, booking pages, forms, and any other property that links to this policy (collectively, the "Site"), and when you communicate with us by phone, text message, email, chat, or social media.

By accessing the Site, submitting any form, providing your contact information, or otherwise communicating with us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.

02

Information We Collect

Information you give us: first and last name, email address, telephone and mobile numbers, mailing or billing address, business name and website, service area, average job value, monthly lead volume, marketing spend, goals, payment and billing details, application and questionnaire responses, appointment details, and anything else you choose to submit or tell us.

Information collected automatically: IP address, approximate geolocation derived from IP, device and browser type, operating system, screen size, language, referring and exit URLs, pages viewed, time on page, clicks, scroll depth, form interactions, video watch progress and completion milestones, and other usage analytics. We use cookies, pixels, local storage, tags, session recording, and similar technologies, including those operated by third parties such as advertising and analytics providers.

Marketing and attribution data: UTM parameters (including utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign), click identifiers, ad platform identifiers, lead source, and campaign or partner identifiers passed to us through links you follow.

Information from third parties: lead generation partners, affiliates, co-registration and list partners, advertising platforms, social media platforms, CRM and scheduling providers, payment processors, and publicly available or commercially available sources.

Communications content: recordings, transcripts, notes, and metadata from calls, video consultations, text messages, chats, direct messages, and emails, where permitted by applicable law. Calls and consultations may be recorded for quality and compliance purposes.

03

Consent to Contact — Calls, Texts, Email, and Marketing

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. It affects how we and our partners may contact you.

By submitting your information on any Pitch Perfect form, application, booking page, opt-in, quiz, chat, or landing page — or by otherwise providing your telephone number or email address to us through any lead source — you expressly consent and give your prior express written consent to receive marketing, promotional, transactional, informational, and follow-up communications from Pitch Perfect, our closers, our affiliates, our subsidiaries, our service providers, and our marketing partners and sponsors (collectively, "we" and "our partners"). These communications may be delivered by: (a) telephone call, including calls placed with an automatic telephone dialing system, autodialer, predictive dialer, prerecorded message, artificial voice, or AI-generated voice; (b) SMS, MMS, and other text messages, including messages sent using automated technology; (c) email; (d) ringless voicemail; (e) direct message, chat, or push notification on any platform where you have connected with us; and (f) postal mail.

You agree that this consent applies even if the telephone number or email address you provide is registered on any federal, state, provincial, national, corporate, internal, or third-party do-not-call, do-not-contact, do-not-email, or do-not-mail list or registry, and even if you have previously requested to be placed on such a list. Your submission constitutes an express written invitation and permission that supersedes any prior registration on such lists as to Pitch Perfect and our partners.

You further agree that this consent applies to the telephone number(s) and email address(es) you provide as well as to any other number or address you later provide, and to any number that is ported, reassigned, or transferred to you. If a number you provided is no longer yours, you agree to notify us promptly.

You acknowledge and agree that this consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, that message and data rates may apply, that message frequency varies, and that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number you provide and are authorized to give this consent for it.

You may withdraw consent at any time: reply STOP to any text message, click the unsubscribe link in any email, or email support@perfectpitch.it.com with your request. Reply HELP to any text for assistance. Withdrawing consent may take up to ten (10) business days to process across all systems and does not apply retroactively, does not affect transactional or service messages related to an active engagement or purchase, and does not require our partners who received your information before your withdrawal to stop contacting you — you must contact them directly.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you knowingly and voluntarily waive any claim arising from communications sent to you in reliance on this consent, including claims under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM, state telemarketing and mini-TCPA statutes, and analogous laws, and you agree that any dispute regarding these communications is subject to the arbitration and class action waiver provisions in our Terms of Service.

04

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: respond to inquiries and applications; schedule, conduct, and follow up on consultations; qualify and score leads; deliver, personalize, and improve sales services and content; process payments; send marketing and promotional offers from us and our partners; run, measure, and optimize advertising campaigns; build custom, lookalike, and suppression audiences on advertising platforms; conduct analytics, testing, and research; prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with legal obligations.

We use video engagement data (such as watch percentage and milestones), form activity, and page behavior to understand interest levels and to tailor the timing and content of our follow-up.

05

How We Share Your Information

Service providers and vendors: CRM, marketing automation, scheduling, hosting, analytics, telephony and SMS, email delivery, payment processing, and customer support providers who process information on our behalf.

Marketing and business partners: affiliates, sponsors, joint-venture partners, lead buyers and sellers, and other carefully selected companies whose products or services may interest you. By submitting your information you consent to this sharing and to those partners contacting you using the methods described above. Once shared, their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.

Advertising platforms: we may upload hashed identifiers (such as email or phone) to platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and similar networks to deliver, target, suppress, and measure advertising.

Legal and corporate: to comply with law, subpoenas, or lawful requests; to enforce our agreements; to protect rights, safety, or property; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, in which case your information may be transferred as a business asset.

We do not sell information knowingly collected from individuals under 18.

06

Cookies, Tracking, and Advertising Choices

We and third parties use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies to recognize your device, remember preferences, measure campaign performance, and serve interest-based advertising across sites and apps.

You can control cookies through your browser settings and can opt out of certain interest-based advertising through industry tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) and Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org). Blocking cookies may affect Site functionality. We do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

07

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; to request a portable copy; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising; to limit the use of sensitive personal information; and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws, as well as individuals in the EEA and UK (GDPR), may have additional rights.

To exercise a right, email support@perfectpitch.it.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" and enough detail for us to verify your identity. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization.

Where we rely on consent as a legal basis, you may withdraw it at any time; we also rely on contract performance, legitimate interests (including marketing and fraud prevention), and legal obligations.

08

Data Retention and Security

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to comply with legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce agreements — including retaining records of your consent for at least the period required by applicable law.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You transmit information to us at your own risk.

09

Children, International Users, and Third-Party Links

The Site is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

We operate in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of your information in the United States, which may have different data protection rules than your jurisdiction.

The Site may link to or embed third-party services (such as scheduling, form, video, and payment providers). Their collection and use of information is governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.

10

Business Data Disclaimer

Information you share about your business, pricing, and customers is used only to deliver and improve our sales and marketing services on your behalf. We do not sell your customer lists, and we handle lead data you share with us under the same protections described in this policy.

11

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. The revised version is effective when posted, and the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site or continued communication with us after posting constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
