Pitch Perfect is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and the accessibility expectations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508.

Accessibility is treated as ongoing work, not a one-time project. We review new pages, content, and features against these standards as the site changes.

Every page includes an accessibility menu in the lower-left corner (or press Alt + A). It lets you adjust text size, turn on high contrast, switch to a readable or dyslexia-friendly typeface, underline all links, enlarge the cursor, reduce motion, and pause videos and animations.

Your choices are saved on your own device and applied automatically on your next visit. You can clear them at any time with the Reset all button.

Keyboard access: all interactive elements can be reached and operated with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator, and each page offers a skip-to-content link.

Screen readers: pages use semantic headings, landmarks, and labels; images carry meaningful alternative text or are marked decorative; icon-only buttons carry accessible names.

Contrast and text: color combinations are checked against WCAG AA contrast ratios, text can be resized without loss of content, and color is never the only way information is conveyed.

Motion and media: animation respects your system reduce-motion setting, nothing auto-plays with sound, and video playback is under your control.

Tap targets: interactive controls are sized for comfortable use on touch screens.

Some parts of this site rely on third-party services, including our booking calendar and embedded video players from YouTube and Instagram. We do not control the accessibility of those services. If a third-party element blocks you from completing something, contact us and we will assist you directly by phone or email.

When you submit a form or book a call, you consent to be contacted by phone, text message, and email about your inquiry. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply.

You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. You can opt out of emails using the unsubscribe link in any message, or by emailing us. We honor opt-out requests promptly.

If a phone call, text, or email format is not accessible to you, tell us your preferred contact method and we will use it.

If you encounter a barrier on this site, or need information in an alternative format, email support@perfectpitch.it.com with the page address and a short description of the problem. We aim to respond within five business days and to resolve valid accessibility issues as quickly as reasonably possible.

If you need help booking a call, we will complete the booking with you directly at no cost.

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible, particularly older material, user-generated content, or third-party embeds. We remediate known issues on an ongoing basis and welcome reports that help us prioritize.
